Payment policy

Once the reservation is clear we would like to receive payment of the tour. We apply the following rules for making payments:

  • On all tours we would like to receive 50% of the total amount when the reservation has been made.
  • If the moment of reservations and the actual date of tour is within a month, the full amount is due.
  • One month before the actual date of tour, the outstanding amount will be due.

There are several ways to pay for a tour:

  • With your credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX or Diners). We need to apply a 5% commission on the total amount.
  • When you are here in Uganda, you can pass by the hotel Mbuni African Safaris and pay with your credit card (VISA) or in cash (USD or Soles).
